Sefer walked into the Meeting chambers. There were a few demons there, but upon seeing him they scattered like the frightened pups they were. Lower Level demons in groups were easily scared and manipulated by someone powerful. With him having access to the Shadow Plane, it made him exceptionally powerful over them using fear. and intimidation. But he knew there were those who weren't so easily manipulated or intimidated. Those were worth keeping as allies, for he would have to keep a close watch on them to make sure they themselves didn't turn on him.

He was meeting a few possible spies. The Halliwells were incredibly power and he needed spies and hired guns for that. If they had the chance, to take them out, otherwise form a close bond with that. he didn't doubt his own younger brother's skills, he just knew at such a short notice it would only prove to be useless and drive mroe suspicion on him.

Sefer's eyes glowered in the low light. He used his powers to make the shadows and darkness more prominent in here. He imagined that soon he'll be able to have mass meetings here to rally up the factions in his favor. The Vampires should like him for spreading darkness in their cove and outward, allowing them more new vampires.

Sefer's dark boots clicked against the stone and dirt floors, his hands traced the center table. He also wished to meet with the seer. He needed the seer on his side as well if the Underworld is to be placed under a new rule.

Sefer looked toward the female that entered. She was sexy to put it lightly, but he controlled his manhood at the site of her. His eyes however burned in their perversion as he sized her up. She appeared so small and delicate. He knew not to be fooled by appearances though.

Walking toward her he smelled the air quickly, taking in her scent for later 'purposes.' "Yes I did call you. I called you to spy on a certain family of witches. Perhaps even take one or two out. There will be of course your payment, pick the amount and it will be met." Sefer said calmly. He moved around the table to face her completely. His eyes fixed on her, only move once or twice to her breast area, to admire the view. He laced his fingers with each other an dleaned against the table.

An albino cat jumped up on the table and sat next to him, watching the two closely, his tail swishing every now and then.

Sefer took delight in sensing her possible, disgust in him, but it was slight and barely noticed. No worries, he knew he was not attractive and in fact loved it. Most of the times he either had to seduce women and men with words and his intellect to get them to bend over. But he did not think this woman, this phoenix witch, could handle his manhood in her.

"The Halliwell Family, specifically. If you choose to spy on them that is fine, but if the opportunity arises you may take out one, maybe two of them. If you do so, there will be more for your bounty. And additional amount and then some." Sefer said as he began to pet the albino cat. The cat's name was Moonlight, his long time friend. It's red eyes stared at Bianca steadily without blinking, his tail swishing slowly as he was petted.

"It is understandable if you think it too dangerous for you to pursue the Halliwell family. I CAN hire another demon to do it if you believe yourself to be...inadequate for such a target." Sefer added to make her believe he meant her physical form. She was miniature compared to him. But he could sense the amount of power she held in that lithe seductive form.

Anger rising and quickly falling at her calling him inadequate, Sefer raised his head at her to glare but then left it alone. He caught the hint of it not being his powers. The way she said it hinted at something else. He smirked to himself. No he'd save that for their next meeting. Once a week, he can count on it for sure. Perhaps when she feeds him enough information to move, of course he will not tell her when he'll move, then perhaps he could have Helena trap her. Trap her with her fears and within a cage of some sort. He smirked at the idea, then perhaps he can have his way with her.

Sefer watched her sit down, his eyes languidly moving over her legs. he moved toward her in small steps. His feet did not make a sound. Moonlight kept staring at her with his red eyes. "Of course. I wouldn't expect a Phoenix Witch to work for little. Any information on the Halliwells would be most expensive. However, the information I want, You should know I do not want petty little tidbits about their daily life. I want something to work with. Something to strike them down with. I want information about them that includes, their full powers and weaknesses." He stood behind the chair looking down at her from the back of the chair. his hands gripping the edges. 'Confidant, sexy, and powerful. I'll enjoy trapping her.' he thought with a perverted gleam in his eyes as he stared at her.

"The price, how much you are paid, is up to you. How much information do you think you cna get. You'll be paid once a week for the information you get. But our first meeting with your information, that's when we decide on how much you'll be paid. to see exactly what KIND of information you'll be bringing me." Sefer was not stupid, or to be taken lightly. he wanted results and for how much it'll take he'll pay.
